Wilson Isidor commits to Sunderland by signing new 4-year deal

The 26-year-old striker joined Sunderland in August 2024, initially on loan from Zenit Saint Petersburg, before making the move permanent the following February.
His first season with the Club saw him score 12 goals as the Club earned promotion back to the Premier League, with Isidor scoring one of the vital goals in the away victory over Coventry City in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi Final.
To date, Isidor has made 82 appearances in all competitions, scoring 19 goals.
The Haitian has also earned international honours, representing his country in this summer’s FIFA World Cup, scoring a thunderbolt for Les Grenadiers’ against Morocco, a strike widely-regarded as one of the goals of the tournament.
